An insight into the Onyx Elite systems and programs presented in a fun and social environment. These sessions are loaded with endless, energetic, functional and innovative activities where the emphasis is on facilitating a space for you to TRAIN * ADAPT * EVOLVE.

What’s included ?
▪️3 x Group sessions per week.

▪️Access to our private Facebook group with regular tips on all things health and fitness, life hacks, workout challenges, nutrition, healthy recipes etc.

Session locations are as follows :

Tuesday : 5.15am – Coogee Beach
45 min of bodyweight, mobility, strength and conditioning, performance breathwork followed by recovery and alignment with our tidal rhythm in the ocean.

Thursday : 5.15am – Coogee Beach
45 min of strength based movement, core development and focus on all 3 energy systems (Anaerobic, Lactic & Aerobic).

Saturday : 6.30am – Location TBA
1-2 hours of testing your limits in nature.
A combination of trail running, stair climbs etc at various locations throughout Perth we have utilised extensively over the past 20 years as a Performance Coach.
