An insight into the Onyx Elite systems and programs presented in a fun and social environment. These sessions are loaded with endless, energetic, functional and innovative activities where the emphasis is on facilitating a space for you to TRAIN * ADAPT * EVOLVE.
What’s included ? 3 x Group sessions per week.
Access to our private Facebook group with regular tips on all things health and fitness, life hacks, workout challenges, nutrition, healthy recipes etc.
Session locations are as follows :
Tuesday : 5.15am – Coogee Beach 45 min of bodyweight, mobility, strength and conditioning, performance breathwork followed by recovery and alignment with our tidal rhythm in the ocean.
Thursday : 5.15am – Coogee Beach 45 min of strength based movement, core development and focus on all 3 energy systems (Anaerobic, Lactic & Aerobic).
Saturday : 6.30am – Location TBA 1-2 hours of testing your limits in nature. A combination of trail running, stair climbs etc at various locations throughout Perth we have utilised extensively over the past 20 years as a Performance Coach.
