Strength Systems


Onyx Elite’s Strength Systems Training Pack is an insight into programming that is developed from optimal training methodolgy to develop overall raw strength. Our principles build foundational strength and functional capacity through progressive overload, sound biomechanics and variation in stimulus.

Our programs are both regressive and progressive, workouts are varied, challenging and utilise a combination of tools to yield a desired response.

Our Strength Systems Training Pack consists of 10 prescribed strength workouts that target one or several body parts utilising advanced strength building principles. We have also included two prehab ‘Bulletproof Mobility’ workouts to be undergone before all prescribed sessions to prime your body to perform.
